As more and more mail protection and filtering systems provide greater automated user protection from spam and unsolicited mails please ensure that your mail account and spam filter settings allow you to receive mail and correspondence from 123XLSX.com.

AOL
In AOL Mail, click Mail Controls then select "Use a custom sender list" and click on the words "custom sender list." This will bring up a window to add allowed senders. Enter "mail.123xlsx.com" and click on Add and then Save.

EarthLink
Log in at http://webmail.earthlink.net. Click on the Known Spam Folder link on the left side of the page. This folder collects any email that EarthLink automatically detects as spam and deletes it based on your preferences.

To adjust your spam settings click on the Settings tab at the top of the Known Spam Folder. There are three levels of protection. If you are set at the highest setting, any email from an address that is not in your address book will automatically be routed to your spam folder. Add the domain "mail.123xlsx.com" by clicking on Address Book in the left column of the page, then at the top of your Address Book page, select Companies (Domains) and click Add. This will allow you to input the domains you choose and direct messages from those addresses straight to your inbox.

GoogleMail (GMail)
Log in to your GMail account at http://www.gmail.com.

Click on Spam link on the left side of the page. This folder collects any email that Gmail automatically detects as spam. To move from Spam folder into inbox check the box to the left of the email and click the Not Spam button this will automatically send the email to your inbox.

Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express
To make sure all the images in the email appear correctly, add "mail.123xlsx.com" to your safe list.

Open your version of Microsoft Outlook and on the Tools menu, click Options. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail. Select the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab and click Add. Type "mail.123xlsx.com" in the box that says "Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list," then click OK.

Yahoo!
Log in to your YahooMail account at http://mail.yahoo.com/.

Click on the Bulk/Spam link on the left side of the page. This folder collects any email that Yahoo!'s SpamGuard automatically detects as spam and deletes it after 30 days. To move mail from your Bulk/Spam folder into your inbox, mark the check box beside each message you wish to keep, then click Not Spam. You can also set up mail filters to automatically send any email from 123XLSX.com straight to your inbox.

Windows Hotmail
Log in to your Windows Hotmail account at http://www.hotmail.com.

Click on the Check Mail tab at the top of the page, then on the Junk link on the left side of the page. This folder collects any email that Hotmail automatically detects as spam and deletes it after five days.

To adjust your spam settings, click the Options link on the top right of any Hotmail page, then select More Options. On this page click Filters and confirmation. If you opt to use the "Exclusive" option, only mail from your contact and safe lists will arrive in your inbox. Other mail will be delivered to your Junk E-Mail folder. To add 123XLSX.com to your safe list, select the Safe and blocked senders link on the Options Page, then click the Safe Senders link then enter "mail.123xlsx.com" and click Add.
